The design also lends itself to a more intimate experience, so you can truly immerse yourself in the culture, people, and sights along the Mekong River. Built by traditional craftsmen. The RV Le Tamarin has a oriental charm and is hand in breas and teak to make the most unique cruise ship in Asia. The RV Le Tamarin Cruise has the 14 specious cabins with 28 guests, one elegant restaturant, sundeck bar, panorama sundeck. Time on board, to make the truly memorial experience of life time.

RV Le Tamarin Cruise Meals: Meals on board the RV Le Tamarin Cruise, meals are taken at one sitting, and it is not required to sit at the same table each time. Meals are either buffet (breakfast & some lunches) or set menu (some lunches & dinners). Meal times are posted on the daily schedule and will vary according to the day’s sightseeing program. A mixture of Asian and Western cuisine is offered, and there are always vegetarian dishes. Trying to purchase products locally as much as possible to support the economy of the villages stopped at to give the passengers a real taste of the lands through which they pass.

RV Le Tamarin Cruise Drinks: Tea, coffee, soft drinks and juices are provided free of charge throughout the day. Bottled water is provided in your cabin, before shore excursions, in the dining room, and is also readily available in a self service refrigerator on the Sundeck. Wine is available for purchase by the glass or by the bottle. Mixed alcoholic drinks are available for purchase at the bar.

RV Le Tamarin Cruise Massage: Enjoy or pumper your self in styles way on the ships, Le Tamarin cruise offers head massage, foot massage and body massages in dedicated spa areas . Due to lack of space we only carry one spa lady on each cabin, or sundeck for foot massage. All the massage is perfectly idea after a fasciating excursion day. Please be sure to book in advance as they can be in good demand.

RV Le Tamarin Cruise Excurions: A program tour on board is provided daily and delivered to the cabin.  Every evening you will find a personal copy of the next day’s programme in you cabin. For your convenience, it is also posted on the bulletin board at the Reception desk.

KohDach, is an island in the middle of the Mekong, well-known for its silk-weaving villages and is an oasis of tranquility. Chhlong, little town with remaining colonial buildings and the “1 000 pillars house”. Stop-off in the 1916 Chhlong posthouse, built by Chinese merchants. All meals on board.

Day 6: Kratie
Excursion on pirogues. We will go watching the fresh water dolphins of the Mekong. Then the journey continues to amazing KohTrong Island, in the middle of the river where are grown the best grapefruits of Cambodia. All meals on board.

Day 7: Kom Pean – Kampong Kdei – Kampong Cham

Day 4: Phnom Penh
During the morning, visit of the Museum of the Genocide and the Russian Market. Afternoon: free time for passengers to visit Phnom Penh by themselves. Diner on board while we start our navigation towards the Vietnamese border. All meals on board.

Day 5: Crossing the border – Cao Lan
Crossing the border and formalities, in the early morning, then we head towards Cao Lan, famous for being the center of the Vietnamese resistance is now known for its ornithological reserve, with beautiful swamp sceneries visited on smaller vessels. Departure for Sa Dec to arrive there in the morning. All meals on board.

Day 6: Sa Dec – Vinh Long – Cai Be
Sa Dec, in the province of Dong Thap is the “Garden of Cochinchine”, a little known little city on the delta where the French writer MargeriteDuras lived until her teens. Her mother was running a girls school, still to be seen. Some remaining colonial houses, including the “Maison du Chinois” from her novel “L’Amant” are part of the charm of the city.
Visit of Vinh Long, which means the majestic dragon, the city is situated right in the middle of the delta, between two arms of the Mekong. Visit of the Cai be floating market. Navigation towards My Tho. All meals on board.

Day 7: My Tho – Cho Gao canal
In My Tho, visit of the pagoda VinhTrang, of tropical orchards, bee farm and a candy factory. Degustation of local products. We will board smaller boats and explore the arroyos, and then start the navigation on Cho Gao canal towards Saigon. All meals on board.

The Main Deck: On the main deck, 8 cabins and a guide’s cabin.
The Upper Deck: On the upper deck, 6 cabins and an air conditioned dining room with wide windows where you will taste the best of local and international cuisine. At the stern, an outside bar and saloon, perfect place to enjoy the soft evening air while having a drink.
